Celeste E Scott, Esq, CPA is a sole practitioner with offices in the Washington, DC metro area and Cape Cod, Massachusetts. A Massachusetts native, Ms. Scott opened the Virginia office in 1985 and has provided specialized tax, estate and financial planning advice to individuals, small businesses and fiduciaries. Her practice focuses on tax planning, preparation and representation, estate planning, and estate administration. Legal expertise is also provided in business formation, mergers, acquisition and sales of businesses and terminations.
